EVH 5150 Deluxe Poplar Burl Electric Guitar

Incorporating classic and cutting-edge features, the redesigned 5150™ Series Deluxe offers outstanding speed, playability and a bold statement.

Boasting a modified Strat®-style basswood body with a lower body contour and a graphite-reinforced bolt-on quartersawn maple neck with a modified "C" profile and hand-rubbed satin urethane back finish, the 5150 Deluxe Poplar Burl offers smooth, fast playability thanks to its 12”-16” compound radius ebony fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets and cream dot inlays, as well as a heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel and a color-matched "hockey stick" headstock with the EVH® logo decal.

The 5150 Deluxe is equipped with an HH pickup configuration, a custom designed bridge humbucker for punch and articulation, and a neck humbucker for no-nonsense overdrive and sustain. Its low friction volume knob offers a smooth swell, while the high friction tone knob stays in place when bumped. Plus, a kill switch on the lower bout allows for stutter and rhythmic effects.

The EVH 5150 Deluxe Poplar Burl Electric Guitar | Aqua Burst is equipped with an EVH-branded top-mount Floyd Rose® bridge with a locking tailpiece and individual fine tuners, plus a patented EVH D-Tuna® for rapid transition between drop-D and standard tuning.

A stylized modern spin on a fan favorite, the 5150 Deluxe is sure to stun with a unique poplar burl top that is wrapped in Aqua Burst or Black Burst and finished off with all-chrome hardware, including the EVH-branded Gotoh® tuning machines.
